Choose latest-clip sync or saved history
Every plan requires an account. Free and the one-time Sync license keep your latest clip. Pro and Max add a saved archive that you can search and restore.
| Plan | Price | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Latest clip across 2 devices. Up to 25 MB per image or file. |
| Sync | $10 once | Latest clip across 5 devices. Up to 25 MB per image or file. |
| Pro | $1.99/month or $19.99/year | 25 GB of saved history on 10 devices, search, pins, snippets, and full restore while active. No per-clip size cap. |
| Max | $4.99/month or $49.99/year | Everything in Pro, unlimited devices, and 100 GB of encrypted clipboard storage. |
Pro and Max offer a 7-day free trial on monthly and yearly subscriptions, subject to provider eligibility. The $10 one-time Sync license has no trial and does not include saved history. Compare the plans before choosing.
For web purchases, choose your plan and billing period, then continue to Paddle’s payment page. Paddle confirms the final price, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before you pay. Return to Pastefrog to check your verified plan. If it has not updated, select Refresh. On iPhone and iPad, purchases use the App Store; Android purchases use Google Play.
Use a purchase on another device
Sign in to the same Pastefrog account on the new device and complete linking. Your account carries its license or subscription across platforms.
If the plan is missing, open the plan controls in Pastefrog’s settings and follow the purchase restoration instructions. Check that you are using the intended Pastefrog account and the purchase account for the original channel.
A restored purchase restores the plan entitlement. Reading your encrypted clips still requires device linking or the email-code and recovery-key fallback. Follow the recovery guide if the problem is access to clip contents.
A pending purchase is not a completed upgrade. If a purchase fails, your existing plan stays as it was and you can retry. Check its status before starting another purchase.
Manage the plan where you bought it
Open Plan in Pastefrog’s settings. Your plan is managed through its original purchase channel: Paddle, the App Store, or Google Play.
If the current device cannot manage that purchase, Pastefrog names the channel to use. Follow that channel’s account or subscription controls to change or cancel the plan. Changing to another device does not move the purchase to a different billing channel.
Account settings, linked devices, clipboard permissions, and encryption recovery stay in the Pastefrog app.
Before cancelling a subscription
Export anything you want to keep before paid history ends. Export is available on every plan. Pins are part of paid history, so pinning a clip does not preserve it after the subscription ends.
When you cancel Pro or Max, history remains available until the paid period ends. At that point, history and pins are deleted from the server and every device. There is no extra grace period after cancellation.
Latest-clip sync continues after paid history ends. It keeps the current clip instead of the paid archive. The Sync license is a one-time purchase, so it has no renewal to cancel.
If a trial ends or a payment fails
| Situation | What happens to history |
|---|---|
| You cancel Pro or Max | History is deleted when the paid period ends. |
| A free trial ends without payment | Trial history is deleted with no grace period. |
| A renewal payment fails | History keeps working and saving during a grace period of at most 7 days. It is deleted if payment is not restored by the end. |
These rules apply to paid history on the server and every device, including pins. Latest-clip sync continues. Restoring payment after history has been deleted cannot recreate those deleted copies.
Request a refund through the purchase channel
Find the original purchase channel and receipt, then use that channel’s refund process. The applicable rules depend on where you bought the plan and your location.
Read the refund and cancellation policy for guidance. If you need help identifying a purchase, follow the support guide and describe the channel, plan, and issue. Do not include payment card details, account passwords, recovery keys, or clipboard contents.
